We Believe Everyone Deserves Honest Fitness Advice

BodyFit Tips was founded in 2019 out of frustration. Frustration with supplement companies making wild claims. Frustration with fitness influencers promoting fad diets. Frustration with the internet being flooded with generic, copy-pasted advice that doesn't actually help real people.

So we decided to do something about it. We assembled a team of certified personal trainers, registered dietitians, and sports medicine professionals โ€” people with real credentials and real-world experience โ€” and built a platform dedicated to science-backed, no-nonsense fitness content.

How We Create Our Content

Every article on BodyFit Tips goes through a rigorous multi-step process before it's published. This isn't a content farm. This is what our editorial standards look like:

  1. Research Phase: Our writers review the latest peer-reviewed literature, clinical guidelines, and expert consensus before writing a single word.
  2. Expert Writing: Articles are drafted by certified professionals with hands-on experience in the topic they're covering.
  3. Medical Review: Supplement and nutrition articles are reviewed by Dr. Kim for safety and accuracy.
  4. Fact-Checking: A separate editor checks all claims and cited sources before publication.
  5. Regular Updates: We revisit published articles every 6โ€“12 months to ensure they reflect the latest research.
